This Privacy Policy describes how Naoto Naka ("Developer", "we", "us") handles user information in connection with the iOS application "Tsumori" ("the App").

1. Information We Collect Directly

We do not directly collect personal information from users through the App. No account, name, email address, or phone number is required to use the App.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

Savings entries, categories, goals, and other data you enter in the App are stored locally on your device using SwiftData. This data is never transmitted to our servers or any third party by us.

If you uninstall the App, this data is removed from your device.

3. Information Collected by Third Parties

The App uses Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC, to display advertisements. To deliver and optimize ads, AdMob may collect information such as:

• Device identifiers (such as the Advertising Identifier / IDFA, when the user permits tracking via App Tracking Transparency)
• Coarse location (inferred from IP address)
• Ad interaction and impression data
• App usage and diagnostic information

4. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

The App complies with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. Tracking using the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) only occurs if you grant permission. You can change this permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is rated 4+ but is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

6. Your Rights

If you are located in a region with applicable data protection laws (such as the EU GDPR or California CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information below.

7. Data Retention

Data within the App remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Information collected by AdMob is retained according to Google's Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
